A recent study has shown that 70% of small business owners either don't have an accountant (40%) or get help from their accountant (30%) in identifying strategies to improve cash flow or profit.
The most common barrier for any entrepreneur and small business owner is also the most important and vital part of the business: understanding of the numbers. We've witnessed friends and family who are excited about a new business idea or concept; all of the sales and marketing ideas are planned out. They have scouted locations for their business. They have done all the research to launch their business. The one thing that's missing is they don't posses a strong accounting background - the backbone of any successful business.
